Recently, the Oil Analysis Level 1 training course organized by VPower Academy (a member of VPower Reliability) has successfully concluded, delivering strong practical value and notable outcomes.

At first glance, it may seem like a purely technical course. However, in reality, it reflects a “miniature picture” of what happens every day in maintenance—where oil analysis data can tell powerful stories about equipment health.

Throughout the course, participants worked through key fundamentals:
– Gaining a clear understanding of the role of lubricants in equipment operation and reliability
– Mastering proper oil sampling and quality control practices
– Identifying critical indicators in oil analysis reports
– Recognizing abnormal signs and making appropriate maintenance decisions

Beyond theory, real-world case studies and group discussions encouraged participants to “re-examine” how they approach oil data in their daily work—whether they are interpreting it correctly, what might be overlooked, and why recurring issues sometimes remain unresolved. Perhaps the greatest value of the course lies in helping learners shift from simply “reading data” to truly “understanding its meaning,” enabling more confident, data-driven maintenance decisions.

Congratulations to all participants for successfully completing the training program! VPower also extends sincere thanks to the instructor and all participants for their active engagement and contributions in making this program both dynamic and impactful.

While the learning journey has come to an end, the application journey has just begun. Wishing all participants continued growth, improved operational performance, and greater success in their careers ahead.
