CLOSING THE ISO CAT II VIBRATION ANALYSIS TRAINING COURSE – ADVANCING MACHINE DIAGNOSTIC CAPABILITIES TOGETHER

One training course, bringing together reliability and maintenance professionals from a wide range of industries, including power generation, oil & gas, manufacturing, cement, food processing, and heavy industry.

What united all participants was a shared goal: to gain a deeper understanding of machine condition, enhance fault diagnosis capabilities, and make more informed maintenance decisions based on data.

🧩 How can we identify early signs of machine failure?

🧩 How can we distinguish different vibration patterns and determine their root causes?

🧩 How can vibration data be transformed into effective maintenance actions that reduce downtime and optimize operating costs?

Throughout the five-day training program from June 15–19, 2026, participants worked together to connect theoretical knowledge with practical applications:

→ Understanding the fundamental principles of vibration analysis

→ Interpreting vibration spectra and identifying common failure modes

→ Diagnosing unbalance, misalignment, mechanical looseness, bearing defects, and gear faults

→ Evaluating machine condition using real-world measurement data

→ Strengthening the ability to develop and implement vibration monitoring programs in accordance with international standards

With the dedicated guidance of our instructor and the sharing of valuable field experience gained from years of industry practice, the course provided participants with practical knowledge and insights to support predictive maintenance and improve asset reliability.

VPOWER RELIABILITY would like to congratulate all participants on successfully completing the ISO CAT II Vibration Analysis Training Course (June 15–19, 2026).

💙 We would also like to express our sincere appreciation to all participants for their trust and active engagement throughout the course, as well as to our instructor for their expertise, dedication, and invaluable contributions in making this training program a success.

We wish all participants continued success in applying the knowledge and skills gained from this course to improve equipment reliability, maintenance performance, and operational excellence within their organizations.
